CEO & Yoga Teacher

Kelly Hefford

Our company was founded by Kelly Hefford, whose passion for yoga, meditation, and mental health comes from her personal journey. After starting yoga in 2016 to cope with postpartum depression and anxiety, Kelly turned her passion into a side business in 2020, earning her 200-hour RYT certification from YogaRenew.

She has since acquired certifications in Cosmic Kids Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, and Mindfulness, and will become a yoga therapist in 2025. Living with multiple mental health disorders, Kelly has found yoga to be a vital support, and our goal is to share her knowledge with people of all ages in our communities.

Megan Annett

Megan is known for her organizational expertise and attention to detail. She excels at keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring every task is handled with care and precision. With her proactive approach and commitment to excellence, Megan is an invaluable support to the team!

Yoga Teacher

Meg Pearson

Meg is a yoga teacher who believes in balance—both on the mat and in life, with equal parts mindfulness and laughter. Known for making even the toughest poses fun, Meg’s classes are where you’ll find your zen and maybe crack a smile while trying not to fall out of tree pose.

Richard (Rich) Bride

Rich, a former Canadian Armed Forces member, turned to yoga after a 2018 PTSD diagnosis. He combines an athletic approach with breathwork, offering light-hearted yet grounded classes to promote healing and injury prevention.

Melissa Morris

Melissa is a yoga teacher and Front Desk Manager who believes that laughter is the best stretch! Known for her quirky sense of humor and love of playful poses, she encourages students to embrace their inner child on the mat. Melissa’s classes are filled with fun, a few giggles, and lots of good vibes.
